From the high street of Yorkshire to the digital world of fashion, Greenwoods’ talented designers create premium styles at affordable prices, for the fashion conscious man. We never forget our roots though; our design team cater for the distinguished gentleman too. Offering our traditional cut styles that never go out of fashion, the styles loved by our loyal customers.

Greenwoods opened as hatters in the city of Bradford back in 1860, selling hats to the wool barons of Yorkshire where until recently we have predominantly stayed. Now we have a wider range to offer, from Suits to polo shirts, casual and formal wear and everything in between. As we continue to grow and open more stores further south, we venture online to expand our reach.

Still with our head office in Bradford with its heritage steeped in the textile industry, we pride ourselves in the quality of our fabrics and tailoring and place great importance on customer service.

Over many years as an independent family-owned retailer, Greenwoods has built up an enviable reputation for quality and customer service, and is one of the few Menswear chains to still give its customers a personal service - setting it apart from other retailers.

The business was acquired by Pacific Trend Investment in January 2009, and has since enjoyed significant financial support and investment. Currently operating through 82 stores, mainly in the North of England, the Midlands and East Anglia, the business is building on the support of its Far Eastern parent company, and is now set for significant expansion.

Training programme

As an employee of Greenwoods Menswear you will have access to a wide range of training and development opportunities including the opportunity to embark on the nationally recognised NVQ scheme. This gives employees the opportunity to gain NVQs in areas such as Retail skills, Customer Service, Management or Retail Management.

Our training courses also include Visual Display, Sales, Formal Hire and Management Training.
