They provide all levels of management and customer advisor teams for all stores and critically for our new store opening programme; which will see 20 stores open this year. We started to work with the McCarthy team 2 years ago when my Area was experiencing a huge expansion and we had exhausted our pool of internal candidates. We had only used agencies infrequently so I was cautious and a little cynical about what they could offer.
