Our company benefits programme

Our benefits program has been developed by asking the team what they want and developing it from their feedback; through an engagement survey our team told us that flexible working arrangements were more important to them than any other benefit. Our team is driven by results and want to be rewarded for their achievements, as such we offer an exceptional commission structure.

Salary and Commission Details

We operate a transparent commission structure which is reviewed yearly by the consultant and sales teams.

Recruitment Consultant

The package includes a basic salary between £18,000 and £30,000, a 25%, 30% and 40% commission structure depending on yearly sales, a car allowance of £3,000 awarded for consistent billing over any 3 month rolling period and an account Managers Quarterly Bonus worth up to £2,500 a quarter.

Our Recruitment Consultants will earn a minimum of £30,000 in their first year and that is with no experience at all. We would expect our successful team members to be earning between £45,000 and £100,000 a year on average, dependent on performance.

When you start in our business it is a warm desk, you are given vacancies and just need to focus on filling those vacancies with the right candidate. You will never be asked to Business Develop we employ a separate team that focuses on the business growth. Only once you are ready will you manage a client and even then it will be supported learning.
