The role for Part Time Duty Manager is to support the Management Team. You will also need to be hardworking, inspirational and have previous retail experience at Duty, Supervisor or Department Manager level. &lt;h3&gt;RESPONSIBILITIES &lt;/h3&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;Responsible for the deployment of customer facing colleagues through the effective use of staff planner scheduling in line with agreed budgets &lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;Discuss individuals training needs with team members and, working with the management team, implement training plans to develop a fully skilled and flexible team &lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;Liaise with finance on all payroll matters providing monthly reports as required &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Setting up and maintaining accurate UK employee records &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Ensuring the delivery of an internal training provision &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Liaising with line managers to identify training needs &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Ensuring the Personal Induction Plan contains good quality, up to date organisational information &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Maintain and monitor Health and Safety in the work place &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE &lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul class=&quot;unIndentedList&quot;&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Involvement in payroll and HR administration/Support &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;You will be extremely customer focused &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Previous Involvement in Retail Duty Management &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;An ability to work to tight deadlines &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Demonstrating excellent organisational skills with an ability to plan and prioritise &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Able to communicate clearly and with confidence at all levels &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Demonstrating a commitment to quality and an eye for detail &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Able to use IT systems proficiently (Word, Excel, email, internet and databases) &lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;Have an enthusiastic and energetic approach to work &lt;/li&gt;

At Berluti you do not simply buy shoes or accessories, you enter into the magic of a unique retail experience, at Berluti, the customer is everything. The manager needs to treat him as a unique individual and this is the reason why it is essential to find a candidate able, of course, to carry out this role.&lt;/li&gt;

To give an example we have a Store Manager in Paris who, prior to joining Berluti, was a book seller and a great culture of literature which they utilized to entertain the customers. Thus the customers are coming frequently to their store..... A Berluti Shop is not only a store; it is almost like a Club.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Public relation skills&lt;/b&gt;: Our Store Managers need to know their customers. It is very important for them to be part of the social life and establish a special relationship (while keeping professional distance) with their customers even outside of the store, attending some dinners, receptions, etc. This is the public relation aspect, a key aspect for Berluti. If the successful candidate could be part of a private club for example, and thus be able to communicate around Berluti and promote the image of the brand. Our employees are our key ambassadors.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Selling skills&lt;/b&gt;: in addition he will have well honed selling skills. Especially be able to understand who the person is he/she has in front of them. (Not least by planning and implementing a successful store sales plan that incorporates all BP initiatives.) A successful stock manager is the key to overall store achievement; it is a critical role that has numerous responsibilities that are at the core of the store operation. The stock room unlike most retail stores is the hub of the business and flips a standard retailer operation on its head - in Argos it is the stock room operation that directly impacts the customer service experience. This is achieved through developing a multi-skilled team that&#039;s capable of achieving exceptional put away and delivery times. That means reviewing standards and taking initiative to address stock loss and adjustment levels. Secondly, at the collection point you&#039;ll drive high levels of profitable sales by exploiting opportunities as they arise. Plus of course you&#039;ll constantly monitor and challenge best practice methods to improve business efficiency.

When you are deputising for the Store Manager, you&#039;ll be overseeing both the stock and customer service teams. That&#039;s where your flexible management style will come into its own.
