From the moment you join BP as a Retail Store Manager, you’ll receive a sixteen week training programme. This will be tailored to meet your needs, taking into account your current experience, strengths and weaknesses. We’ll help you develop your technical and retail skills, as well as teaching you behavioural techniques that will enhance your natural management abilities.
