Following a highly successful trial of Marks & Spencer Simply Food concepts in BP stores a roll out is now underway and there are an increasing number of locations where the Marks & Spencer Simply Food brand can be found. This new concept will provide customers with a selected range of Marks & Spencer’s high-quality fresh food ranges, including ready meals, fresh produce, sandwiches, wine, flowers and basic groceries alongside BP’s Wild Bean Café, multi-branded impulse range and Ultimate fuel

They have stores throughout the South, the Midlands, the North West and Scotland and, despite this very wide presence, they are still growing rapidly, with an ambitious Marks & Spencer Simply Food roll out programme over the coming years. Whether you’re leading a team or joining one, you’ll play an essential part in one of their innovative retail business. There are two main roles that we at McCarthy Recruitment are actively recruiting for nationwide for BP Retail although at times we also recruit for multi-site managers and HR professionals. These roles are Retail Store Manager and Assistant Manager for their forecourt operations.
