Boost Juice bars offer quick, affordable, healthy and natural snacks for people on the go. The original idea was conceived by Founder Janine Allis (wife, mother of three and occasional superwoman!), who had struggled to find such snacks for her three young boys. Upon realising gap in the market, the Boost Juice bar concept was born, and today, a delicious range of fresh fruit juices and smoothies - that contain absolutely no preservatives, artificial flavours or colours and are at least 98% fat free -are offered.

Her range of TD4 low fat frozen yoghurt used in the smoothies contain live cultures streptococcus thermophilus and lactobacillus delbruekii for added nutritional benefits. The first store opened in Adelaide in 2000, and over the following six years more than 200 stores have opened throughout Australia and throughout the rest of the world. Janine has experienced every facet of the company, from painting the floor in the first store and working in the store, to negotiating the purchase of another juice bar chain. This has allowed her to fully understand and develop the growing business, and implement specific procedures as part of the total business plan.

Boost UK Partners Richard O’Sullivan & Mario Budwig, who previously owned and operated the Millie’s Cookies chain, are excited to be expanding the global brand in the UK. “It’s great to work with a brand that is literally taking the world by storm,” said Richard. “Boost Juice Bars are proving to be every bit as popular here in the UK as they have been in Australia for the last seven years!”
