The role of a store manager is to provide leadership to the team with the aim of increasing sales at the same time as managing costs.

You'll be responsible for helping drive forward a real revolution in forecourt retail and lead a team of between 15 and 35 Customer Service Assistants. The standards you set for customer service levels will be impressive. As will the slick way you run operations.
