THE ROLE

 

Our client has a fantastic opportunity to join one of the leading fashion houses as an Assistant Manager. You will need to be a strong, driven and resourceful manager or senior team member with plenty of motivation to support your Manager and assist in developing your in house team in line with ensuring that sales and customer service remain the key focus of the business.

 

They are seeking a personable and down to earth individual with a strong fashion retail background in a management position or senior sales role; you will be a natural leader and carry a character of the perfect mix of approachability and professionalism. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting and assisting the Store Manager
  • Inspiration and motivation of your team
  • Drive sales and manage stock loss in line with store targets
  • Set standards and deliver store KPI's
  • Influencing and managing the performance and relationship with Brand Partners
  • Managing all promotional activity

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Must have fashion retail management experience
  • Previous experience working for a leading fashion brand and tailoring
  • Communicate store performance and company updates to the team
  • Create and encourage a customer service culture, ensuring the team excude fashion at all times
  • Proactively seek out customer feedback and make recommendations to improve customer service
  • Ensure all difficult customer issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner
  • Identify and implement ways to exceed customers expectations
  • Build rapport and be approachable and helpful to both customers and staff
  • Actively coach and develop the team to support internal succession
  • Understand and adhere to the company's Health & Safety procedures
