THE ROLE
The Sales Consultant role gives support to the sales team and works alongside the management team to ensure sales targets are achieved and that the sales team is performing to the best of their ability. You will be responsible for providing a full demonstration service to the customer and giving advice on products and services. You will also drive sales through your team and identify the potential and training needs of your staff. You will act as a supportive and motivational leader and set the standards for sales in the store.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure constant focus on sales opportunities & potential rewards in order to drive sales
- Review team and individual performance on a weekly basis
- Deal with customer queries and offer a first time resolution and excellent after sales care
- Support colleagues in the generation of profitable sales as appropriate
- Work alongside the management team and ensure that service and sales levels are being achieved and that the whole team have up to date information and have been given full training & development
