CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - DUBAI

THE ROLE

The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for the creation and implementation of the CRM system, through a process of analysis and research. The CRM Manager is involved in planning, budgeting, staffing, direction and control of the CRM area. You will be responsible for the infrastructure, security, architecture, human resources, financials, projects (new or business-as-usual), outsourcing, etc. related to CRM.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of CRM applications
  • Create and implement the CRM strategy
  • Contribute to CRM project planning and project management as required
  • Integrate all data and platform development
  • Liaise with key interfaces: CRM team, Marketing teams, heads of units, IT, external suppliers analyse current systems, database and available data
  • Manage requirement gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support of CRM projects
  • Ensure that all activity is delivered within budget
  • Conduct User training
  • Propose new CRM system
