ASSISTANT MANAGER

The Role

The role requires a very customer focussed and sales driven manager. The applicant must have a good level of commerciality and be a lateral thinker that is always looking for ways to increase business; this may be building business to business links, expanding the formal wear reach or liasing with buying teams to increase stock levels of best sellers.

  • Ensure that product knowledge is of the highest possible level in order to drive sales and deliver customer satisfaction

  • Pro- active focus on driving sales opportunities
  • Control of stock inventory to reduce stockloss
