For you that'll mean being out on the shop floor, coaching, motivating and showing the team how to deliver a first class service. Including keeping shelves stacked, the whole store spotless and ensuring all POS is in perfect position, as well as delivering the very best in face-to-face customer service. As you'll be supporting the Store Manager in all duties, you'll also get involved in many other day-to-day management tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
