STORE MANAGER

THE ROLE

It will be down to you to keep your team focused, motivated and see that business targets are consistently achieved. You will be able to identify business opportunities and develop a keen awareness of what is happening in your store. With experience in a high turnover environment, you will be self motivated and lead by example. It is important that you see your colleagues as important to your success as your customers and sales. You will have responsibility for managing all areas of the business, including driving sales and profitability. You will lead your team to achieve store targets whilst ensuring that customer excellence and delivery of the brand are consistent. You will be a motivational and inspirational leader with a passion for people and a positive attitude in line with our client's core values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To develop future strategy and effectively formulate action plans
  • Full profit & loss accountability
  • Deploying colleagues in the correct areas
  • Manage store operations and ensure that customer proposition is delivered through store systems & procedures
  • Ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to
  • Completing regular performance reviews and identifying training & development needs.
  • Ability to converse with all customers about products & services
  • Stock management and delivery of productivity and shrinkage targets
  • To recruit, train and develop your team and provide product availability and responsive, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable customer service
