THE ROLE

If you're a retail manager looking for an exciting challenge or a real talent looking for your next step into management, this could be the role for you. You'll take charge of shifts in stores with between 15 and 35 Customer Service Assistants. Working closely with other members of the management team, you'll ensure that every customer feels welcome and is given a fast, friendly and efficient service. From receiving deliveries to stock management and delivering improvements in shop standards, it's a varied role. Ideally you'll need to have some experience in retail or a fast food environment. You're noted for your organised approach and positive effect on sales figures. Most importantly, you really like your customers and they return the compliment. IDEAL CANDIDATE

Experience of Retail Management, in food retail, would be an advantage, although any retail management background will be considered. Ideally you will naturally demonstrate a lively and energetic personality and a passion for working in a fast paced retail environment.

Ideally you will have previously had key holder experience although this is not essential.

Minimum requirements for this role are:

  • to be 18 or over
  • legally entitled to work and be resident of the UK
  • have a full, clean driving license
  • to have no unspent criminal convictions
