THE ROLE

As a Food Service Manager you will have held previous positions such as duty manager, deputy manager, store manager, team leader, sales manager, customer service manager or restaurant manager within a fresh food environment.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and display a determination to meet and exceed sale expectations, a healthy attitude to competition and will be a natural leader who inspires others to succeed. You will have a good eye for detail as well as the ability to learn new skills to take your career to the next level.

The role involves the day-to-day operation of a Forecourt and Retail Unit.

Key responsibilities

  • To maximise product availability optimizing stock management and replenishment.
  • To ensure unit cleanliness in compliance with all aspects of food hygiene.
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Utilise all management information available to enhance the performance of the unit.
  • Coach, manage, motivate and develop the team within your store
  • Complete all store administration as required.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to

Due to the nature of this forecourt environment experience in petrol, forecourt, catering, fast goods, convenience or supermarkets background is imperative.
