THE ROLE

  • Providing excellent customer service within your store, leading by example.
  • Managing the visual standards within your area
  • Managing and developing all staff.
  • Managing all costs in line with the departmental budgets.
  • Managing all promotional activity.
  • Delivering on store KPI’s

IDEAL CANDIDATE

 An ideal candidate will be aware of current fashion trends, although not necessarily with a fashion retail background and have experience within a fast paced, high volume retailer who regularly merchandises for promotions. Candidates from shoe retailers, large fashion retailers, supermarkets or food backgrounds would be ideal. You will have a will to succeed, be confident, assertive and results driven but also you will be flexible, ambitious and have the ability to cope well under pressure. As a team player you will be motivated yourself, but also you will have the ability to motivate your team to achieve results and get the job done.
