THE ROLE
The role as an Area Manager for this major blue chip retailer is to maximize the sales and profit performance of your area. Through the effective development and management of all store managers, company processes, sales opportunities and the effective deployment of available resources on your area you will succeed in this role.
You will be accountable for the management of all our client's processes in your area. You will be responsible for strong KPI delivery and the overall P&L performance achievement for your area. Having already proven yourself in an area management role, you'll be self-motivated and willing to lead by example.
