Our client operates a number of premium restaurants in high footfall venues within major urban markets throughout the UK. They are a group of stylish / funky and contemporary restaurants serving good quality, simple, freshly prepared dishes.

They are looking for a General Restaurant Manager with a strong personality with the initiative to drive their restaurant to create a buzz, an exciting atmosphere and be able to feed off the energy of their staff. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven General Manager.

THE ROLE

Running a restaurant for this successful brand is commercial management in its fullest sense. As a General Manager, you will set targets, plan budgets, control stock, recruit, train and inspire your team, create and drive marketing campaigns and build bridges with the local community. In effect, you would be in charge of your own business. If you have the ambition and desire to fuel your team and drive sales, then this could be the ideal opportunity to develop your career and fully enjoy your progression in a General Restaurant Manager role.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Ideally you will already be from a branded restaurant-led background, with previous experience as a General Restaurant Manager in your current role.
• Experience of working in an high intense environment would be an advantage.
• Proven track record of beating set targets and set KPI's and excelling in P+L
