THE ROLE
To drive the performance of HR KPI’s across the Region by supporting field and branch management in all aspects of Resourcing & Talent Management.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Work with field and line management to identify and implement successful plans for Manpower, succession and talent across designated geography within the region
- Up skill line management in resourcing capability & techniques, including Recruitment Interviewing ,Manpower & Succession Planning
- Up skill line management in identification, recognition & transformation of Talent
- Arrange & Co-ordinate Recruitment Assessment or Development centres, acting as an assessor as required, and arranging for all candidates to be given quality and feedback and personal attainable development.
- Regularly report back to Regional team and central HR services on the levels of management development activity across the Region, highlighting issues and making recommendations.
- Delivers Leadership programmes as required to enhance and develop management talent within the region and company.
- A minimum of 2 years as an HR Officer with part or fully qualified CIPD or retail management experience with proven record of achievement of HR KPI’s.
- Field / Multi site experience would be an advantage
- Knowledge of employment legislation and Hr policies and procedures.
- Proven experience of developing talent and coaching people
- Experience of dealing with recruitment agencies would be highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage financial budgets
