The role for Part Time Duty Manager is to support the Management Team. You will also need to be hardworking, inspirational and have previous retail experience at Duty, Supervisor or Department Manager level.

Your role as a store manager is to ensure that all day-today operational aspects of the store are managed effectively. You are required to deliver key store performance results, including store sales, store growth, footfall, mystery shoppers, stock control and payroll as a percentage of sales to reflect profitable growth.

The Senior Visual Merchandiser is responsible for organising and deploying high quality visual merchandising strategies across the region. The Senior VM is also responsible for coaching, training and auditing of the local VM resources, as well as ensuring consistency of standards.

The Department Manager plays a key role in maximizing the sales and profitability of the department.

The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for the creation and implementation of the CRM system, through a process of analysis and research. The CRM Manager is involved in planning, budgeting, staffing, direction and control of the CRM area.

Contribute to the development of annual business plans and half year re-forecast. Create seasonal OTB and agree with Principal. Ensure learning from previous seasons and current trading are incorporated

To plan, project and identify the requirements of the products, source suppliers & negotiate with them for purchasing the required quantities at optimum costs which meets customer needs thereby maximizing profits and providing a commercially viable range of products.

The Area Manager plays a key role in maximizing the sales and profitability of the designated retail shops. They will work closely with the store managers to plan, coordinate, maintain and develop each store's commercial performance.
