Following a successful roll out of their Marks & Spencer Simply Food concept stores, BP are moving forward once again in 2013 and looking to expand this ever growing business even further.This will involve further developments of store formats, smaller versions of the M&S dual branded stores and a major focus on customer service to ensure every customer journey is a great one and repeat business builds further success for this iconic retailer.

There are three main roles that we at McCarthy Recruitment are actively recruiting for nationwide for BP Retail although at times we also recruit for multi-site managers and HR professionals. These roles are Retail Store Manager, Deputy Store Manager and Duty Manager, for their forecourt operations.
