The Cash.

The Culture.

The key to a winning team is one that works hard and can celebrate their success together as well. McCarthy focus on having some key yearly events for every member of their team as well as business focus days where each and every employee has the opportunity to make a difference to the strategy and direction of the business.

  • Annual Company teambuild - once a year we take 4 days out of the business and spend 4 days at a top secret 5 star location where the team get the chance to review their performance, discuss future strategy and spend some time relaxing with each other as well as getting involved in team tasks. In the past this has included a Murder Mystery, an Apprentice task afternoon, a cocktail masterclass and Spanish and Italian themed dinners
  • Team events - several times throughout the year the whole team will take a day out that is often part work, part play - a business brainstorm meeting followed by Hummer Limo scavenger hunt was the most recent of these!

The Training.

  • 121 time with Kate McCarthy - whether to talk about your performance, your career aims or ideas for the business

  • In house and external training sessions focusing on a variety of "hot topics" to help the team to perform to the best of their ability as well as to understand changes to the Recruitment marketplace

The Recruitment Process.
