The Culture.

McCarthy focus on having some key yearly events for every member of their team as well as business focus days where each and every employee has the opportunity to make a difference to the strategy and direction of the business.

• Annual Company teambuild - once a year we take 4 days out of the business and spend 4 days at a top secret 5 star location where the team get the chance to review their performance, discuss future strategy and spend some time relaxing with each other as well as getting involved in team tasks. In the past this has included a Murder Mystery, an Apprentice task afternoon, a cocktail masterclass and Spanish and Italian themed dinners
• Team events - several times throughout the year the whole team will take a day out that is often part work, part play - a business brainstorm meeting followed by Hummer Limo scavenger hunt was the most recent of these!

The Training.

The Recruitment Process.
