Held at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London in April, the event played host to over 1,000 recruitment professionals from all over the UK.
McCarthy were double winners, scooping two of the most prestigious awards – Best Retail Recruitment Firm and also Best Newcomer.
One of the 10 judges, Steve Huxham, chairman of the Recruitment Society said what separated the winners from the rest was two things.
It comes down to two words: excellence and innovation.
The commitment and ability of McCarthy to deliver excellence and innovation impressed the judging panel and led them to announce McCarthy Recruitment as worthy winners of the following two categories:
